Job Summary
Lead overnight retail remodel crews by installing steel pallet racking, shelving systems, and store fixtures while reading blueprints and layouts. Remove damaged fixtures and displays, maintain quality and safety standards, and complete project reporting to communicate daily progress. Perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM with consistent full-time hours. Promote from within to Senior Lead upon certification, with a clear career path into District Operations Management. Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
