Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing steel pallet racking, shelving systems, store fixtures, and signage while removing damaged displays. Read blueprints and layouts to execute projects, maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress to stakeholders. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM with hotel accommodations and daily meal per diem provided. Promote from within to District Operations Management with a clear career path.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools
