Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing steel pallet racking, shelving systems, and store fixtures while reading blueprints and maintaining safety standards. Remove damaged displays, complete project reporting, and communicate daily progress across Midwest and Northeast retail locations. Perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM with hotel accommodations, daily meal per diem, and mileage reimbursement. Promote from within to District Operations Management with a clear career path.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
