Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing steel pallet racking, shelving, fixtures, and signage while removing damaged displays. Read blueprints and layouts, maintain quality and safety standards, and complete project reporting to communicate daily progress. Perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment across Midwest and Northeast retail locations. Work overnight shifts Monday through Friday with consistent full-time benefits, hotel accommodations, and a clear career path into District Operations Management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
