Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing steel pallet racking, shelving systems, and store fixtures while removing damaged displays. Read blueprints and layouts to ensure installations meet quality, productivity, and safety standards. Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress to stakeholders. Perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM with consistent full-time hours. This role offers a clear career path into District Operations Management for those with construction or fixture installation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
