Job Summary
Lead overnight retail remodel crews by installing steel pallet racking, shelving systems, and store fixtures while removing damaged displays. Read blueprints and layouts to guide installation, then maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards throughout the project. Complete daily project reporting, communicate progress, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM as a traveling contractor. SPAR partners with major retailers to deliver high-quality remodels and merchandising services across the country, offering a clear career path into District Operations Management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools
