Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing steel pallet racking, shelving, fixtures, and signage while reading blueprints and maintaining safety standards. Remove and replace damaged displays, operate power equipment, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders. Complete project reporting, communicate daily progress, and travel extensively throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
