Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews for retail projects across the Midwest and Northeast, overseeing steel pallet racking, shelving, and fixture installations. Read blueprints, remove damaged displays, and install signage while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. Perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress to stakeholders. Work overnight shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday through Friday with extensive travel requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools
