Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing steel pallet racking, shelving systems, store fixtures, and signage while removing damaged displays. Read blueprints and layouts to maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards during physical work involving lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress. Perform this role on overnight shifts Monday through Friday, with consistent full-time work and extensive travel throughout the Midwest and Northeast.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
