Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing and reconfiguring steel pallet racking, shelving systems, store fixtures, and signage while removing damaged displays. Read blueprints and layouts to maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards during physical work involving lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Perform this role on an overnight Monday–Friday shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with consistent full-time work, earning $25.00/hour with hotel accommodations, meal per diem, and mileage reimbursement. Promote from within to District Operations Management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
