Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing steel pallet racking, shelving, and store fixtures while reading blueprints and maintaining safety standards. Remove and replace damaged displays, complete project reporting, and communicate daily progress across Midwest and Northeast locations. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Work overnight Monday through Friday shifts with extensive travel, hotel accommodations, and per diem. Join SPAR, a 50-year partner to major retailers, to advance into District Operations Management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
