Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing steel pallet racking, shelving systems, store fixtures, and signage while reading blueprints and layouts. Remove damaged fixtures and displays, maintain quality and safety standards, and complete project reporting with daily progress updates. Perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Work overnight shifts Monday through Friday with hotel accommodations and daily meal per diem provided. SPAR partners with major retailers across the country, offering a clear career path into District Operations Management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools
