Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews while installing steel pallet racking, shelving, store fixtures, and signage. Remove damaged displays, read blueprints, and maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. Perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment. Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress to ensure project delivery. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM with consistent full-time hours, hotel accommodations, and daily meal per diem. Promote from within to District Operations Management. Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools
