Job Summary
Lead and coach overnight remodel crews installing steel pallet racking, shelving, and store fixtures while removing damaged displays. Read blueprints and layouts to execute reconfigurations, maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards throughout the project. Perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment to complete installations. Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress to stakeholders. This overnight Monday–Friday shift includes hotel accommodations, daily meal per diem, and mileage reimbursement for extensive travel across the Midwest and Northeast.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools
