Job Summary
Build in-store displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retail customers. Provide direct merchandising support to retailers by interacting with customers and management in a friendly manner while maintaining a safety-first mentality during physical tasks. This traveling position requires regular travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, and demands reliable transportation. No prior experience is necessary as training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
- Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time
