Job Summary
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retail customers. Provide in-store merchandising support while traveling up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays. Perform physical work involving moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, maintaining a safety-first mentality. Interact with customers, management, and team members in a friendly, enthusiastic manner. No prior experience is required as training and support are provided.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
- Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
