Job Summary
Seeking a Traveling Retail Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of construction projects while traveling across the U.S. This role requires strong leadership and experience with tenant finish-outs or remodels, as well as familiarity with Microsoft tools. Candidates must be willing to fully engage in onsite management and demonstrate reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel; 100% travel position
- Previous relevant experience: tenant finish out or remodels
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance on their work vehicle
- Must have own tools to perform minor carpentry, millwork and fixture installations
- Must pass background check including drug screening
