Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects nationwide, managing day-to-day site operations from mobilization through completion. Interpret project manuals and drawings to drive execution, coordinate subcontractors and schedules, and identify risks to maintain progress. Ensure all work aligns with design intent while leading RFIs, inspections, and permitting processes through closeout. Direct field staff and subcontractors to ensure productivity, enforce safety standards, and maintain accurate daily reporting. This role includes approximately 20% hands-on work and requires extensive travel with assignments lasting 10–14 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a supervisory role within construction
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant trade or field environment
- Strong understanding of commercial or retail construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Willingness to travel extensively and work nights/weekends as required
- Ability to pass MVR, background check, and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools (Procore, PlanGrid, Autodesk Build preferred)
