Job Summary
Travel RN opportunity in the Surgical Tower of a Sioux Falls, SD hospital. Provide nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues, perform patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care across all phases of care. Contracts are 14 weeks with option to extend or move to another Sanford site. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and multistate licensure if applicable; BSN preferred. Travel experience and living within 60 miles of the site are requested. Sanford offers weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and a drug screening/background check as part of the employment process.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
