Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide individualized nursing care across the full scope of practice in a travel-contract role, collaborating with physicians and inter-professional teams, performing patient assessment, triage, education, and care coordination in a 14-week assignment at Chamberlain Medical Center (Chamberlain, SD) with potential extension or reassignment to Sanford sites. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), an active RN license (state or compact), and relevant nursing competencies and certifications; travel experience and residing within 60 miles of the location are preferred. Benefits include weekly pay with stipends and Sanford benefits; drug screen and background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs
- multistate licensure if in NLC state
- Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications
