Job Summary
Travel RN opportunity at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. 14-week contracts with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site. 12-hour rotating shifts, 36 hours weekly. Requires at least 1 year of RN experience and 6 months travel experience; live at least 60 miles from the facility. Licensure in the state (or multi-state compact) and full nursing qualifications. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians and inter-professional colleagues, planning and coordinating patient care, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. Sanford offers weekly pay with benefits and a drug screen/background check; 14-week contracts with potential extension or site transfer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- RN license in state or compact
- 1 year RN experience
- 6 months travel experience
