Traveling Registered Nurse

The RN provides individualized nursing care across the full spectrum of practice, using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation and evaluation). Works with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care, and delivers care across preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up phases. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and coordination of care, while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and applicable state standards. Requires a graduate from an accredited nursing program, an RN license (with multistate licensure if applicable), and 1+ year of experience plus 6 months of travel experience. Contract details: 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site; travel-centric staffing across the country; benefits eligibility for qualifying full-time/part-time staff.
