Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and coordinate care across the continuum, from preventative health maintenance to treatment and follow-up. Perform patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned Bismarck Med Ctr setting. Requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with a requirement to live at least 60 miles from the location.
Required Qualifications

- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
