Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient assessments, education, and triage. Manage patient interventions across the continuum of care while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards within the assigned Sanford Med Ctr Fargo setting. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2,758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
