Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment and follow-up across the continuum of care while adhering to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Starting rate is $2758 weekly for 36 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
