Traveling Registered Nurse

Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Manage patient triage, patient education, and care coordination while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
