Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and manage patient triage, assessment, and education. Coordinate care across the continuum of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment while adhering to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Deliver preventative care and follow-up for patients moving through various clinical phases. Live at least 60 miles from Bemidji, MN, and work rotating 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours weekly. Maintain an unencumbered RN license and one year of experience with six months of travel history. Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
