Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient assessments and education. Manage triage, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical standards while supporting patients moving along the continuum of care. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours and a 12-hour rotating shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
