Job Summary
Conduct individualized nursing care using the nursing process for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while triaging and coordinating patient education. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires at least one year of RN experience, six months of travel experience, and living at least 60 miles from Bemidji, MN. Offers 12-hour rotating shifts with a 14-week contract option, weekly pay including stipend, and eligibility for Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
