Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and manage patient triage, assessment, and education across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency in department-specific certifications while supporting preventative care, diagnosis, and follow-up for patients in the assigned clinical setting. Live at least 60 miles from Bemidji, MN, and work rotating 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours weekly. Earn $3,262 weekly with a 14-week contract option.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Obtain a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
