Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and manage patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings while ensuring patient safety during assessment, diagnosis, and implementation. This 12-hour night shift position requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with a requirement to live 60 miles from Bismarck, ND. Contracts are 14 weeks with weekly pay including stipends.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Accept a drug screen
- Accept pre-employment background screening
