Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, assess patients, and coordinate treatment plans across all phases of the continuum. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to implement and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Manage triage, patient education, and preventative health maintenance within the assigned clinical setting at Bismarck Med Ctr. Requires at least one year of RN experience, six months of travel experience, and residency 60 miles from the location. Shifts are 12-hour night rotations with 36 weekly hours and a salary range of $3,010–$3,794. Contracts span 14 weeks with extension options.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
