Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment and education. Manage triage, implement interventions, and address preventative care, health maintenance, and follow-up across the continuum of patient care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and required department-specific competencies. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours including 12-hour night shifts. Live at least 60 miles from the Bismarck, ND location.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Accepts a drug screen
- Accepts pre-employment background screening
