Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient education and triage. Assess patients across the continuum of care, from preventative health to diagnosis and follow-up, while adhering to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Manage 12-hour night shifts with a weekly schedule of 36 hours, requiring at least one year of clinical experience and six months of travel history. Live within 60 miles of the Bismarck, ND location. Receive a weekly salary with an included stipend and access to Sanford benefits, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
