Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and manage patient triage and education across the continuum of care. Assess patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
