Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate care while managing patient triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure and the Nurse Practice Act. Starting rate is $2,758 for 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. Candidates must hold an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
