Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient triage and education. Manage patients across the continuum of care including preventative health, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Deliver age and population-specific interventions within the full scope of nursing expertise designated for the Sanford Med Ctr Fargo clinical setting.
