Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient assessments, education, and triage. Manage the full continuum of care from preventative health maintenance through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to state practice acts and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency across all phases of patient care and ensure compliance with clinical standards in the assigned setting. Requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours including night shifts at Bismarck Med Ctr.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
