Traveling Registered Nurse

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination across the continuum of care. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Manage patient care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up within the assigned clinical setting at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo. Requires an unencumbered RN license and an accredited nursing degree; 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758.
