Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Assess patients across the continuum of care, from preventative health maintenance to diagnosis and treatment follow-up, while practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise and state licensure standards. Weekly hours are 36.00 with a starting rate of $2,758. This role supports underserved communities through travel staffing at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
