Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan and coordinate care across the continuum of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Manage patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Bemidji Medical Center. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a live radius of 60 miles from the location.
Required Qualifications

- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
