Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage patient care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and apply age and population-specific standards in the assigned clinical setting. Live at least 60 miles from Bemidji, MN, and complete 12-hour rotating shifts totaling 36 hours weekly. Earn a salary range of $3,262 with a 14-week contract option to extend or move to another Sanford site.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
