Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate treatment for patients across the continuum of care. Manage patient assessment, triage, patient education, and preventative health maintenance while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings within the full scope of nursing expertise. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Starting rate is $2758 for 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
