Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage patients across the continuum of care including preventative health, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while adhering to state practice standards and the Nurse Practice Act. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and ensure compliance with the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Requires at least one year of RN experience, six months of travel experience, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Live at least 60 miles from Bismarck, ND for the 12-hour night shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
