Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment, treatment, and follow-up across the continuum of care while adhering to state practice laws and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Chamberlain Medical Center. Requires at least one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience, with a starting rate of $3010 weekly and a 14-week contract option.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Accepts a drug screen
- Accepts pre-employment background screening
