Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient assessments and education. Manage triage, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes across the continuum of care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state standards. Maintain competency in age and population-specific clinical settings, ensuring safe delivery of preventative care, health maintenance, and follow-up services. This 12-hour night shift role at Bismarck Med Ctr requires one year of RN experience and six months of travel experience. Candidates must live at least 60 miles from the location. Contracts are 14 weeks with weekly pay including stipends and eligibility for Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
