Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, and implementation across the continuum of care while adhering to state licensure and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and follow-up within the assigned clinical setting at Bemidji Medical Center. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience, with a live-in requirement of 60 miles from the location.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
