Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate patient treatment, and coordinate care across the continuum from preventative health to follow-up. Perform patient assessment, triage, and education while maintaining competency within the full scope of nursing practice and state licensure standards. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and required department certifications. Starting rate is $2,758 for 36 weekly hours at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Accept a drug screen as a condition of employment
- Accept pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
