Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and coordinate patient assessment, triage, and education across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state practice standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Manage patient care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while maintaining competency in assigned clinical settings. Live at least 60 miles from the Bemidji, MN location and hold an unencumbered RN license with at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience. Work rotating 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours weekly with a 14-week contract option.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
