Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient education and triage. Manage patients across the continuum of care, including preventative services, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Requires an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and 36 weekly hours at a starting rate of $2758. This travel position serves underserved communities at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtain and subsequently maintain required department specific competencies and certifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass pre-employment background screening
